Strictly speaking, the management of technical equipments includes technical management and equipment management.
1) Technical management
Technical management refers to scientific management of the technical activities in the production process in a planed and purposeful way in accordance with the features and laws of the technology itself and the current technical policies.
The basic tasks of technical management are: establish necessary work orders for the conducting of technical activity, establish and improvetechnical management systems, conduct scientific research, vigorously promote and adopt new technologies, new processes and new materials, reform existing equipments, renovate and reform continuously to increase the level of modernization of the printing factory; offer reliable technical basis for reasonable and effective production，including the design of products, processes and technical documents; provide technical assurance for safe production.
The main contents of technical management include: formulate plans for the development of science and technology, dig potential, reform and change plans. Formulate and implement relevant provisions and responsibility system in process management,quality management,and equipment control; collecting and management of scientific and technical information; technological innovation, the introduction and management of new technologies and new equipments; the management of technical records and technical information; technology education, training and appraisal for the staff.
Professional technical personnel should be in charge of technical management. Specialized organization should be established and modern scientific methods should be applied.
Equipment management guarantees that all the equipments are in good shape at any time, and aims to improve the efficiency of equipments so that the production could go smoothly. ;
The major tasks of equipment management are: correctly purchase equipments that are technically advanced and economically reasonable; ensure that the machine or equipment are always in top condition; master the maintenance technique of the imported equipment as soon as possible, do a good work in the procurement and supply of parts and components and ensure the normal running of the equipment; formulate related equipment maintenance system and supervise the implementation of it; establish equipment repair record;
What’s more, fair use of the equipment is also an important item in equipment management. Only by arranging production reasonably can we give full play to the equipments. Not only can we achieve the best economic effect, but also the abrasion of equipment be reduced. The service life of equipments is lengthened and greater and stable longtime benefit is achieved.
