What is your turnaround time and when does your production turnaround beging?

Once you have approved your digital or hard copy proof and we have received the custom die (if needed), your order will ship within 3-business days. That’s right, just 3-business days to produce your custom hot dog boxes or pizza boxes no matter the quantity. Day “0” is the day of approval, day “1” of the turn-time begins the following business day.

I would just hold all at the moment and wait until I hear from them about the reorders do not produce any goods at this time.

Chinaprintingservice Reply:Dear Andrea, How are you? :) Because the items you want to reorder are mainly paper bags and wax paper, you can go ahead. Please inform the fianl reorder quantity, so that I can arrange in advance and deliver on time for the next order. Finally we will clear the final cost when the Expo order be finished. How do you think? And the air freight we can not get the final cost until the Expo order finished, for we have the project agreement with the air agent. Could you please negotiate with your customer to clear the cost finally when the Expo finished? Since they are a serial order, too many factors can not be cut off clearly before they completed. About the lacking items of more than 10000pcs, we are producing them and send them later. Keep our word. Please take them as 100000pcs for the lacking items as following list.

if we place order of the hotdog box printing in your company, can you send them with the express delivery in our favour?

Chinaprintingservice Reply:that is not the problem, but what we want to say here is that the quality of our printing is perfect, and we have the relative certificate, you can send your people to check them when we send the boxes, and then any problem during the delivery,will be your responsibility, can you agree with me?

I would like to know how to place a request for a custom size and custom print Hot Dog Box

For place a custom trimming box,you just need to offer the size,length, width, height, the material if not special asked, as normal it's food grade white card, 230gsm.
Also pls supply the art work which need to print on the box, of if not, we have design team, but maybe charge depending on the quantity of order.
Most important to the price is box amount, tell me and the quotation will  be prepared asap.
