Thanks for your question! They are quite useful for designing and printing cheap decal printing with sublimation paper that perfectly fits your files!!
The folder I sent to you is just a children decalsample, which may not meet your requirements!
Below are my explaination:
1. About the sticker decalslit: cut the slit according to the actual position of the decal ! or we can take a photo for your approval regarding the slit position with your card! Please be reassured! 
2.  Since the sample colore decal is just used for files of several pages. If the decalsare of many pages,just as you said!
  So, could you let me know the thickess of your brochure?? we can offer you folder with a kind of "standing pocket", which fits to thick files! If my word "standing pocket"is difficult for you to understand, please see attached picture!
3. Since the updated paper are thicker than before, so the price will change

There is an extra piece for number 4, so it will be 5000 decal sticker  pcs in total.

Please advise updated freight costs ? air and sea.

Your shipping time seems long ? 25-30 days?

Is the freight for delivery to Fremantle Port and then must I handle clearance and delivery from here?

Please advise the decal and sticker labelsapproximate weight/dimensions of shipment so I can get a quote for this.

Also, don’t forget, there is an extra 1000 pcs of Item number 4.

Your stickerdecal printing  price is high. The other company we are talking to has quoted $0.19c per pc or $380 for 2000 folders. What is your best price for 2000 folders? The other company is also much cheaper for the testimonial booklet.

Are you going to arrange pick up by your side? then the weight is about 450kg and the volume is 2 cubes！
For 20000 pcs decals .My price is based on the actual paper material to be used, finishings and printing machines to meet your quality requirement!
I do not offer you high price, :)

We would go with the cheapest way for the delivery. 

Is this amount from you still correct?

We would ask you to send a small quantity by air and the rest by sea.

Your prices in total are not as good as the other company who is quoting. 

Is there anything you can do to improve the prices for the decal sticker printing?
