PVC Packaging Label Printing

  Sophia: We received the samples today and have shown them to our customer. The printing looks very good, but we have several comments that we need your help on- 1) The Murals must be in 3 pieces not 6; one sample set was in 6 and one in 3 (the 6 piece had a horizontal cut)- please confirm this was an error. The cut depends on your artwork. 2) The paper substrate is too heavy, the murals must be put up on walls with normal tape or tacks- What lighter paper options and related costs are available? The murals do not have to have durability more than a few weeks. When make the large order, the thinner 157gsm are paper will be adopted. 3) The customer does not want the murals to be wrapped in paper inside the shipping box- please confirm understanding. For this is sample, we want to show you the best printing effect, and afraid there will be any spot or scratch when shipping, so wrapped this time. When make in bulk, no wrapping anymore. 4) We are going to make a slight change on the artwork to make sure the cuts do not go through printed words- we will forward this in the next few days. Please consider to adopt 6 pieces, it will be a lot of advantages. Thank you, Don Shepherd

  Chinaprintingservice Reply:Hi Don, NOTE: This is the digital samples, the 220gsm photo paper adopted, just to let you confirm the colors, types and the total packing effect. For the large quantity production, as we discussed the 157gsm paper will be adopted. The two samples are on purpose. 1. Three pieces: Each piece of 36*72 inch are spliced together by two half (just like the six pieces) You can refer to the enclosed thinner poster carefully(different printed one), in its middle there is spliced mark, but it is invisable. Production time need 30-45days. Because it´s abnormal size and need to be spliced half-manually. 2. Six pieces: Since the murals are sticked on the wall when your client use, six and three is no difference. And for six pieces the production time only need 10-15days. Please consider about our recommendation of 6 pieces. PS: Following pink answers for your reference. About the boxes, which one do you preferred? Waiting for your soonest comments. B/R Sophia

  we have noticed the phenomenon that so many labels will be fuzzy, or the format of the printout are not in order, how can you avoid such problems?

  we are confident with our printing technique and our serviece quality, and if you are our new clients or clients to-be, you can mail us your design and requirements of the PVC packaging labels, and we firstly print a sample accordingly and then you meke your decision, what would you say with that?

Hi Kara,

Samples production time is 2-3 working days.If we start production today,will send out the PVC Packaging Label sample to you on Wednesday or Thursday.

One set sample charge is US$95/set,Freight cost is US$45 by express door to door service.4-5 working days for delivery.

BTW,Sample color will be almost same as the artwork,but there will be a small different from the PMS color,coz sample production is not offset printing.

Thanks for your answer.

Bulk production can be shorten to be 4 working days,and delivery time can be 4 working days as well if by DHL.

Could we do not make pp sticker label samples? If make samples,production time will be added 3-4 working days,and samples price is not cheap.
Our goods will definitely let you satisfied. ^_^

The largest width of decals we can produce is 1.5m,can we shorten the larger decals to 1.5m*2.4m pls? You know,this decals are a little large,there is two options of PVC material can be chosen.One is the topest quality,one is regular quality.
